Jewelry Through Time.

We are always looking into our past. Whether it’s ex-boyfriends, old decisions that haunt us, or just for pure entertainment, nostalgia is fascinating. This Spring, several designers including one of our favorites, House of Harlow 1960, brought back the past, and this time it’s pretty darn cool.

Almost fossil -like, these intricate House of Harlow 1960 pieces reminds the Crush Girls of a Jurassic exhibition.

And moving forward from the ‘land before time,’ Rose Pierre creates a collection that seems almost fit for a Viking Queen. Hammered gold pieces feel raw and rustic, and with  a modern bib collar cut, this one nails it.

And what would be a look into the past without the iconic  color blocking of the sixties? Whether you can quote Austin Powers :International Man of Mystery or not, colorblocks have transformed into a more casual, color pop than anything.

And for all of those flower children out there, the 70s are constantly recycled into today’s productions through feathers, elongated pendants and bangles. Check out these bangles, groovy.
