Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Crush Boutique of Beacon Hill and www.shopcrushboutique.com operate as separate entities and therefore, offer customers unique shopping experiences in both locations. As a result, our customer service and return policies for both locations must be tailored to fit their respective customers.
In Store, at Crush Boutique of Beacon Hill:
Customers who visit our Beacon Hill location engage in a boutique shopping experience. Personal attention, the ability to try items before making a purchase and nature of a boutique environment require us to operate with the following return policy:
Crush Boutique will accept un-worn and un-altered items with original tags attached and a sales receipt for return within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. A store credit never expires and can be utilized at any time. Sale items and lingerie or related items are final sale. Any item that has been worn, tailored or otherwise altered is not eligible for a return. Crush Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Only items purchased at our Beacon Hill store can be returned to our Beacon Hill store. Items purchased at www.shopcrushboutique.com must be returned through www.shopcrushboutique.com.
Online, at www.shopcrushboutique.com:
Customers who shop through our online store engage in an internet shopping experience that prevents us from offering the personal attention that in-store customers appreciate. While we are available via e-mail and phone for these customers to assist them in choosing their purchases, they are neither able to feel or try on the items they purchase until after they have done so. Therefore, in the event that online customers are not completely satisfied with their purchase, we’re happy to accept their returns for the credit of their choice-- refund, store credit, or exchange. Shopcrushboutique.com accepts returns only that have been approved by a member of our stuff, received a Return Authorization number, and that are received with the Return Authorization form enclosed. Requests for a Return Authorization must be made within 10 days of receipt of the order.

How To Return An Item at www.shopcrushboutique.com:
1. Please email us your request for return at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) form and associating RA number. Print this email and include it with your return package. Please note that all requests for RA numbers must be made via e-mail.

3. All returns must be pre-paid and insured. www.shopcrushboutique.com must receive your return within seven days of issuing the Return Authorization number. We recommend that you ship your returned merchandise via insured parcel post, for tracking purposes. In the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled, www.shopcrushboutique.com cannot take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation.
Please note that neither Crush Boutique nor www.shopcrushboutique.com will not accept any packages that are sent COD.
4. Once we receive your returned merchandise, you will receive an e-mail notification. Your return request will be processed within five business days following receipt of the package. If your return request is approved, unless an exchange is requested, all refunds will be made in the method of original payment. The value of the merchandise plus any applicable tax will be refunded.
